(1) Vendor needs to provide city attorney and municipal legal services to the government authority located in Dilley, TX. • Provide city attorney and municipal legal services to the city who can provide timely, practical, and responsive legal guidance to the city council, city administrator, city staff, and other city officials on matters affecting municipal operations• Review, prepare, and revise ordinances, resolutions, contracts, agreements, policies, notices, procurement documents, and other legal instruments.• Advise the City regarding Texas municipal law, open meetings, public information, ethics, conflicts of interest, procurement, elections, land use, utilities, personnel matters, and other matters affecting municipal operations.• Represent the City in negotiations, administrative proceedings, litigation, or other legat matters when authorized, or coordinate with special counsel when appropriate.• Provide timely legal opinions and practical guidance designed to support lawful and efficient City operations.
