CLEANING-13658 - USA (Fairfax, Virginia) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Fairfax, VA. • Restrooms: – Floors shall be swept and mopped or scrubbed.– Faucets, sinks, toilets and urinals shall be cleaned and sanitized.– Paper towel dispensers shall be wiped clean.– Sanitary napkin receptacles shall be emptied, cleaned and disinfected.– Mirrors, shelves, dispensers, chrome fixtures, and visible piping shall be cleaned and dried leaving no visible smudges.– Wall surfaces, doors, window frames, sills, radiator, grills, and stall partitions shall be cleaned and dried leaving no visible smudges.• Office areas, hallways, conference room, kitchenette, entry ways, etc.:– Floors shall be swept and mopped or scrubbed.– Floor mats shall be vacuumed.– Rooms that have carpets shall be vacuumed. – Janitor storage closets shall be reasonably stocked, organized and odor free.– Drinking fountains shall be cleaned and wiped dry and sanitized.• Locker rooms:– Tiled floors shall be swept, and damp mopped.– Showers in locker rooms shall be cleaned and sanitized, including walls and floors regardless of previous use.– Trash receptacles shall be emptied, and new liners inserted.• Semi–annual cleaning requirements:– Windows shall be washed inside and out.– Window blinds shall be wiped clean.– Light fixtures shall be cleaned and washed, removing all bugs, dust and debris.– Drinking fountains shall be thoroughly cleaned, making sure to remove all water spots and mineral build–up around drinking spouts and sanitized.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 8, 2026.
