Vendor needs to provide library renovation and expansion services to the government authority located in Elkton, MD.– Provide expanding window openings in the exterior load–bearing masonry walls.– New clerestory is proposed to extend the entire centre portion of the existing roof system between the two existing courtyards.– New construction outside the existing footprint includes enclosing approximately 3,000.– Site work includes, but is not limited to: grading, utility, storm water, and landscape or hardscape improvements.
