Description
It's the intent of Mesa Unified School District #4 to create a contract, to provide PM maintenance and unscheduled repairs for our material handling equipment, such as, hydraulic lift gates, dock plates, lift equipment and shop floor lifts, to be used by Mesa USD #4, with a qualified service supplier. Supplier/Company must have been in business/existence for a minimum of three (3) years, to be considered for award of this contract. The estimated volume of purchases from this contract is based on historical data and starting a new contract and is being estimated at $60,000.00. No volume is implied or guaranteed.
