(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in San Jose, CA.– Common areas and site amenities may include, but are not limited to, a community room, laundry facilities, on–site management and service offices, open space, tot lot playground, BBQ/picnic area, etc. – Landscaping and irrigation systems. – Secured entries, lighting, and signage. – Construction of a minimum of 168 residential units serving a family population. – Coordinate with city departments, utility providers, and project stakeholders. – Maintain a safe and clean job site at all times. – Implement quality control and assurance processes. – Submit regular progress reports and schedule updates. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 29, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 06, 2026.
