Vendor needs to provide leadership coaching services to the government authority located in Lindenwold, NJ.– Provide services to enhance the leadership capacity of administration– Provide individualized and group coaching to support principals, assistant principals and other administrators in becoming instructional leaders and collaborative team facilitators.– Guide leaders in cultivating a school–wide culture of high expectations, continuous improvement, and data–informed decision–making.– Support the design, implementation, and ongoing refinement of authentic PLC structures.– Coach leaders and leadership teachers on fostering collaboration among staff focused on student learning, shared practices, and continuous assessment.– Help administrators develop systems for regularly observing classroom instruction and providing effective feedback.– Assist in aligning instructional practices to curriculum standards and best practices. – Guide administrators in leading their staff through cycles of data analysis, identifying trends, and setting instructional goals.– Provide individual coaching sessions per month, either in–person or virtually
