(1) Vendor needs to provide student identity verification software and support services. – Provide a comprehensive identity verification software and support services solutions to assist our technical college in identifying fraudulent student applications and maintain data integrity. – Provide a robust software platform, along with thorough training and ongoing support. • This product will be used for new students enrolling and we expect that annual average to be around 10,000 students.• Identity verification software:– A proven identity verification software solution that enhances fraud prevention efforts.– User–friendly interface for data management, record review, and reporting.– Seamless integration process into agency software.• Training and onboarding:– Comprehensive training sessions for system administrators and end–users on software functionality and best practices.– Training materials, user manuals, and documentation to support the implementation and ongoing usage of the software.– Optional on–site or virtual training sessions tailored to the specific needs of our colleges and system.• Technical support and maintenance:– Timely and responsive technical support to address software–related queries and issues.– Regular software updates and enhancements to ensure compliance with evolving fraud methodologies.– Assistance with troubleshooting, bug fixing, and system maintenance.– Upon request, contractor shall provide technical assistance or service.• Data security and confidentiality:– Robust security measures to protect sensitive data.– Regular data backups and disaster recovery procedures to minimize the risk of data loss.– All data must be stored with company operating in the USA.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
