ITES-10573 - Ireland - ICT Managed Services - Deadline July 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide ICT managed services to the government authority located in Ireland.                    • Second and third level support of selected applications – contracts will be in place with third–party suppliers • Support of the telephony system – a contract will be in place with a third–party supplier • Programming and application development services • IT Service and Help Desk• IT Operations Management• Hardware Support Services• Software Support Services• Network Management Services• Security and Backup Services• Service Reporting(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.    (3) The contract period will be three years.
