(1) Vendor needs to provide career pathways programs designing service to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM. – Designe and deliver career pathway programs that connect youth and young adults to meaningful career exploration, work–based learning, credentials, apprenticeships, employment opportunities, and professional development experiences aligned with regional workforce needs.  • Contractor responsibilities:– Recruit and enroll participants.– Deliver pathway programming.– Coordinate employer engagement.– Facilitate internships, apprenticeships, work–based learning experiences, or employment opportunities.– Provide participant support and mentoring.– Track and report performance outcomes.– Maintain participant documentation.– Participate in agency–required reporting and evaluation activities.• Pathway categories:– Skilled trades apprenticeship and pre–apprenticeship pathway.– Applied learning and career exploration pathway.– Professional and government careers pathway.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for four years. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.
