ITES-10999 - USA (Ocean, New Jersey) - Information Technology Services - Deadline October 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide IT Services to the government authority located in Ocean, NJ.– IT Consultant and Management Services on–site for an average of at least 4 hours per month and remote support sufficient to ensure uninterrupted service. – This includes assisting users with operational issues and/or emergency response (i.e. servers are down or there is no email access)a. There shall be a two (2) hour maximum response time during normal business hoursi. Agency normal business hours of operation are Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMii. Agency is closed all State, Federal, and local holidaysb. There shall be a four (4) hour maximum response time outside of normal business hoursc. There shall be a 24hrx7 day per week emergency line provided by the vendor for system outages– Provide proactive system maintenance for all network devices (i.e. warranty, network and asset status), including routine maintenance, backups, monthly reviews and security management to prevent cyber–attacks.– Manage Multi–Factor Authentication– Provide Security and Phishing training to staff– Provide Phishing Penetration Testing– Support WAN\WiFi Networks in all listed locations and buildings– Server Managementa. Daily on–line real time monitoring of critical functionsb. Unlimited on–site and remote supportc. Maintain Azure AD Connect and Active Directory Security managementd. Complete service pack and patch updates on a regular basise. Perform, monitor, and verify daily backups(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
