(1) Vendor needs to provide IT consulting, technical and project–based services to the government authority located in Cheyenne, WY. – Provide Information Technology consulting, technical, and project–based services. Services may be required in support of enterprise technology initiatives, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, systems integration, application support, strategic planning, and other technology–related projects as identified by the agency.1. IT Project Management & Agile Delivery• Provide experienced IT Project Managers with expertise in higher education technology initiatives.• Demonstrate proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies including:• Hybrid Agile frameworks• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication.• Manage project backlogs, sprint planning, and delivery activities.• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.• Coordinate project resources across technical and business units.• Produce status reports and executive–level project updates.• Support organizational change management activities.2. Enterprise Architecture & Technology Strategy• Provide senior–level Enterprise Architecture resources.• Assess current–state technology architecture and maturity.• Develop future–state architecture recommendations.• Establish enterprise technology standards and governance frameworks.• Provide guidance regarding:• Cloud strategy and adoption• Identity and Access Management (IAM)• Application integration• Cybersecurity alignment3. Database Administration & SQL Security• Provide senior–level Microsoft SQL Server administration services.• Perform database performance monitoring and optimization.• Conduct database security assessments and recommendations.• Develop backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.• Support patching and lifecycle management activities.• Implement monitoring and auditing controls.• Recommend high–availability and resiliency solutions.• Review and improve database access controls and permissions.4. Ellucian Colleague Administration & Support• Provide experienced Ellucian Colleague administration resources.• Support system administration and configuration activities.• Assist with software updates, releases, and upgrades.5. Envision Basic Development & Custom Programming• Maintain and enhance existing custom applications and processes.• Develop new custom solutions as requested.• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.6. Data Warehouse & Database Development• Improve data quality and governance practices.• Optimize database and warehouse performance.• Develop technical documentation and data dictionaries.7. Power BI Development & Analytics Support8.
