(1) Vendor needs to provide engineer services to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY.– The facility will include a combination of administrative offices; educational and instructional spaces; healthcare training areas; specialized nutrition laboratory spaces designed to support academic, clinical, and community–focused programs; and a public health clinic. – The project will incorporate modern building systems and flexible learning environments to accommodate a variety of health science disciplines and hands–on training activities.– Detail testing that will be performed and reported for envelope and building systems.
