(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Glendale, AZ.• The selected construction manager at risk will work closely with various city departments, including, but not limited to, engineering, police, field operations, and development services, the selected dp, and others as needed during the project.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 14, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
