As-Needed Real Property Appraisal Services

The City of Vista (City) is soliciting proposals in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified professionals to provide as-needed real property appraisal services for various capital improvement projects and real property appraisal services under the threat of eminent domain. All proposals received by the due date will be evaluated in accordance with applicable provisions of the Vista Municipal Code (VMC) and the City intends to select more than one firm according to the evaluation criteria described in this RFP and any subsequent negotiations.
