Lancaster County is seeking competitive bids from vendors for the purpose of replacing existing culverts on low volume roadways throughout the Panhandle Region of the County. The work includes grading, paving, installation of culverts/bridges and all other work associated with the construction of these projects. The limits of work are described herein along with Standard Specifications that detail specific items of work
