CONS-23098 - USA (Madison, Wisconsin) - Procurement, Construction and Commissioning Upgrade Service - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide procurement, construction and commissioning upgrade service to the government authority located in Madison, WI. – Replace agency's existing Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) facility, including procurement, construction, and commissioning.– The selected Firm will be expected to deliver final designs to achieve higher upgrading efficiency, lower downtimes, and longer operational lifespan. – The selected Firm will be expected to provide system design, procurement, full construction oversight, and final commissioning.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(4) Non–Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 21, 2026.
