Engineering Services for the Carriage Hills, D'Avila, La Honda and Tara Hills Lift Station Upgrades Project (2021-006-RFQ)

West County Wastewater is soliciting written Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms or individuals to provide 'Project Title , 'Department Name . This is Request for Qualifications (RFQ), and not an invitation to bid. Although pricing is very important, other factors will be taken into consideration in selecting a SOQ. The project scope, content of SOQ, and vendor selection process are summarized in the RFQ. SOQs must be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Time , 'Proposal Submission Date . All responses shall be submitted through WCW's e-Procurement Portal, ProcureNow . SOQs will not be accepted after the date and time stated above. An incomplete proposal or SOQs that do not conform to the requirements specified herein will not be considered. Issuance of the RFQ does not obligate WCW to award a contract, nor is WCW liable for any costs incurred by the proposer in the preparation and submittal of SOQs for the subject work. WCW retains the right to award all or parts of this contract to several proposers, select no proposers, and/or to re-solicit SOQs. The act of submitting a proposal is a declaration that the proposer has read and understands all requirements and conditions of the RFQ.
