(1) Vendor needs to provide oracle redwood migration consulting services to the government authority located in Florida.• Configuration and implementation of the Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Redwood User Interface within Development, Test, and Production environments. • Assessment, validation, and testing of existing SCM business processes to ensure compatibility and successful operation within the Redwood User Interface. • Knowledge transfer, documentation, and end–user and administrator training to facilitate adoption of the Redwood interface. • Recommendations for Oracle, recommended best practices, required configuration changes, business process improvements, and risk mitigation strategies to support a successful transition. • Estimated implementation approach, project timeline, staffing model, and any assumptions or prerequisites. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
