(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive behavioral health services to the government authority located in Anchorage, AK. – For providing comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals in custody. – Due to continued staffing shortages, and in order to provide constitutionally mandated services.– To provide comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals in custody at four department locations.– The offeror must be prepared to provide a full range of behavioral health services, including supervision of staff under the general oversight provided by the Chief Mental Health Officer (or designee) and the Chief Psychiatrist (or designee). – To perform in–person behavioral health services, or a combination of in–person and telehealth behavioral health services.– Provide agency to perform a full range of clinical mental health services, including screenings/assessments at the time of remand and/or based on referrals from institution medical and security staff.• Behavioral Health Services• Suicide Prevention Training• Telehealth Services(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 18, 2026.
