WRT-4108 - USA (Vista, California) - Grant Research, Writing and Management Services - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide grant research, writing and management services to the government authority located in Vista, CA.– Identify appropriate grant and grant programs opportunities, including but not limited to federal, state, and regional government organizations, as week as private foundations and businesses, to support the district’s funding needs and priorities. – Prepare a strategic work plan for each grant application including key dates, responsibilities of consultant and staff for producing grant application content, key tasks, and specific deliverables. – Provide grant proposal writing services associated with the completion of grant applications on behalf of the district, including the preparation of letters of intent, funding abstracts, production, and submittal of applications. – Prepare a schedule for the submission of required documents, including project milestones, progress and final reports and invoices to funding agencies, including key dates and responsibilities of consultant and staff for producing drafts and final deliverables. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
