(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering assessment services to the government authority located in Farmingville, NY.• Consultant will be tasked with assessing the contributing watershed for the wading river duck ponds for the purposes of stormwater mitigation, making recommendations to the towns and riverhead for mitigation measures, developing engineered plans, formulating line–item cost estimates for each town, and preparing all environmental regulatory permit applications.• Engineering services shall include at a minimum topographic and right–of–way survey, utility mark outs, soil borings (if warranted), and any hydraulic drainage analysis required to assess the watershed and develop engineered plans with cost estimates.• GIS–based drainage asset data will be made available for reference upon award of an engineering contract.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2026.
