(1) Vendor needs to provide fire and rescue operations management system. – Solution must be compatible with iOS, Android, and Windows platforms– Solution should support Single Sign On via SAML/Duo– Solution must integrate with Dover Geographic Information System (GIS)– Real time response of CAD system resources to incident– Ability to report response times to Police Dispatch using mobile app.– Ability to ingest GIS features– Ability to easily access following location–based information during a response.– Ability to easily select hyperlinks to other City information from the map, such as current property record card.– Ability to incorporate status of responding partner agencies.– Must allow for department individualized validation rules– Direct view access not limited to call, response data from ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise for current, dynamic spatial analysis and review.– Ability to track, assign, and build trainings– Ability to generate invoices for ambulance billing from the call for service.– Ability for customers to pay online.(2) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on October 8, 2026.
