(1) Vendor needs to provide temporary grants accountant services to the government authority located in Colorado. – Temporary grants accountant to provide general accounting and administrative support to the grants team.– This position will assist with routine grant–related financial activities, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and recordkeeping, under the direction of the grants manager.– Duties and responsibilities:– Assist with preparing and updating monthly grant budget–to–actual reports.– Perform basic account reconciliations and research financial discrepancies.– Assist with tracking grant expenditures, revenues, and payments.– Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets and supporting documentation.– Assist with grant invoicing and routine accounting entries, as assigned.– Minimum qualifications:– At least one year of accounting, bookkeeping, or related financial experience.– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and working with financial data.– Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.
