(1) Vendor needs to provide podcast production and distribution services • Produce all future episodes and series of podcasts• A producer that can manage the podcast audio and video recordings in studio.• A producer that can manage the podcast audio remotely or via an online platform.• Provide feedback during recordings to ensure we achieve podcast objectives.• Provide feedback on the prepared messaging /interview style for each episode• Post–production editing• Transcripts for each episode with detailed timestamps and edited for any typos etc.• Promoted video / audio clips for each episode – ideally 30–60secs duration• In–podcast advertising using targeted ads on similar podcasts.
