(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate advisory and consulting services to the government authority located in New York.• Supporting in devising, evaluating, and negotiating business terms in its real estate transactions involving long–term residential and commercial ground leases and providing project management services with respect thereto.• Formulation of guidance on the structuring of requirements and protocols related to environmentally sustainable and climate resilient design and operations for ground leased properties.• Developing narratives to support engagement and negotiations with key stakeholders and attending and participating in meetings with key stakeholders.• Examining market conditions for land values in city focusing on the residential, retail, and office uses that predominate and trends such as changes in rents, sale prices, vacancy, and the rate of absorption.• Real estate market data, analytics and forecasting.• Evaluating assessments, tax abatements and tax rates for residential and commercial properties.• Analyzing the impact of potential public policy initiatives that may desire to implement from time to time.• Assessing structures and valuations for ground leases, relative to land sales, and evaluating recent trends in ground leases within city.• Commercial real estate brokerage services including property marketing.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
