(1) Vendor needs to provide water line investigations service to the government authority located in Marblehead, MA.  – Investigations via potholing to take place at either the curb stop, to identify both public and private water service materials, or at the corporation stop, to confirm the public water service material is brass or iron and to identify the connector material to the water main.
