The City of Richmond is accepting bids for an annual contract for the construction of the Tennis and Basketball Courts Repair and Construction (Annual) project to provide general contracting services that include, but are not limited to the construction, repair, re-colorization and renovations of outdoor basketball and tennis courts and playgrounds. General contracting services shall include, but are not limited to asphalt overlay, if necessary, resurfacing and re-colorization, stripping of tennis and basketball courts and may include the installation of new basketball goals, fencing and tennis nets and stanchions as necessary.
