(1) Vendor needs to provide public art installation services.• Public Art Installation Project consists of installation of approximately 12,000 glass rondelles forming the suspended ceiling artwork.• Onsite receiving and documented transfer of custody through uncrating, organizing, staging, installation, initial artist review and tuning, adjustments, inspections, correction, cleanup, record documentation, demobilization, and county acceptance.• Floor–loading, equipment–loading, point–loading, or load–distribution concern.• Contractor–furnished equipment compatibility with the disclosed access, staging, loading, and operational limitations;• Artwork, hardware, access, or other county–furnished information limitations, omissions, or inconsistencies.• Artwork, supporting–grid, rod, connection, attachment, or permanent–support–system concern.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
