LEGAL-17639 - USA (Paterson, New Jersey) - Outside Counsel Patient Advocate Service - Deadline September 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide outside counsel patient advocate service to the government authority located in Paterson, NJ.• These hearings include initial review hearings, subsequent review hearings, conditional extension pending placement review hearings and agency hearings. • Provide assigned patients with legal guidance relating to but not necessarily limited to:a. Review medical records and reports in preparation for patient hearingsb. Meet with the patient either in person or remotely as coordinated through hospital or facilityc. Conference with medical staff and/or social services staff in preparation for patient hearings.d. Coordinate representation of patient with patient’s legal guardian, if applicable.e. Any other matters as directed by the agency Adjuster.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
