(1) Vendor needs to provide after–hours transportation services to the government authority located in Albany, NY. • Responsible for managing day–to–day operations to deliver quality non–emergency transportation services to eligible unhoused residents of county include:• Employing and assigning qualified, trained and duly licensed drivers with exceptional customer services skills• Transporting individuals, families, and small groups, some of whom may have baggage or other personal belongings in hand• Providing transportation to and from designated locations across the entire geographic region of Albany County, as authorized by agency• Utilizing a tracking system(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 26, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
