(1) Vendor needs to provide growth plan services to the government authority located in Clayton, NC. – This schedule should include initiation of the project, internal and external reviews of drafts, public engagement timelines, and planning board recommendation and town council adoption.– Evaluate the existing conditions of the city current demographic characteristics and economic development trends, but not limited to, impacts of remote work, online shopping, etc. This should include the most recent data sets available, including U.S. Census, economic studies, aerial imagery, etc.– Create a branding of the plan with consideration of the initial concept to have the art mural serve as a starting point.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
