(1) Vendor needs to provide information technologies support services to the government authority located in Needles, CA.– Provide professional IT support services including technical support to city users, network maintenance, cybersecurity, website updating, and data management tasks for city offices and outside public buildings.– Help Desk Support: Answer staff calls, fix software bugs, and track tech issues.– Cloud Services: Manage city email, shared drives, and remote access tools.– Network Management: Keep city hall Wi–Fi, routers, and local area networks online.– Software Updates: License, install, and update municipal programs regularly.– Server Upkeep: Patch physical and virtual servers to prevent crashes.– Device Setup: Install new computers, phones, and printers for city staff.– Endpoint protection and detection for city computers and servers, including antivirus, malware protection, and threat monitoring. – Patch and vulnerability management to keep operating systems, applications, firewalls, and other network equipment current and address identified security vulnerabilities.– Cybersecurity incident response and employee awareness, including assistance during suspected cybersecurity incidents and periodic basic cybersecurity and phishing awareness training for city employees.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
