(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing, website and social media services.– Program branding, website and social media:– Work with existing agency mission and branding style guides, refining style guides, and ensuring alignment with agency strategic plan; outreach and marketing plan; and programs plan.– Maintain and update multi–functional, multi–lingual website (English and Spanish), ensuring compliance.– Maintain and improve social media presence for agency, utilizing existing platforms in agency member communities.– Work with staff to measure and improve marketing or communications analytics.– Marketing, advertising, and press:– Manage and conduct press outreach – schedule editorial meetings, draft press releases, op–eds and news articles.– Maintain a social media presence for agency on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other platforms as requested.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
