(1) Vendor needs to provide federal affairs and strategic funding services.– Serve as a strategic advisor to agency and provide guidance regarding federal policy, funding, and relationship–building opportunities that align with the system’s priorities.– Developing and maintaining a comprehensive federal affairs strategy aligned with agency strategic plan, legislative priorities, workforce development goals, and institutional objectives.– Providing ongoing strategic counsel regarding emerging federal opportunities, policy developments, funding initiatives, risks, and stakeholder engagement strategies.– Conducting strategic planning sessions with agency leadership to establish federal priorities, engagement strategies, and measurable objectives.– Shall support agency in identifying, evaluating, and pursuing federal funding opportunities and strategic investments.– Advising agency regarding agency priorities, funding trends, and strategic positioning to improve competitiveness– Strengthen agency relationships with federal departments, agencies, and national stakeholders whose work impacts higher education, workforce development, and economic mobility.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
