HR-9166 - USA (Los Gatos, California) - Classification and Compensation Study Service - Deadline August 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide classification and compensation study service to the government authority located in Los Gatos, CA.  – The general direction of the human resources manager, the consultant shall provide a comprehensive review of 99 full–time town classifications and related classification families through a phased approach to each family.– Comprehensive is defined as including questionnaires being completed by employees currently working in these classifications, interviews with employees, supervisors, and managers, allocating all employees and positions to the appropriate classifications, and updating town class descriptions.(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
