EXTRA-79324 - USA (Suwanee, Georgia) - Downtown Parking Study Services - Deadline December 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide downtown parking study services to the government authority located in Suwanee, GA.– The purpose of this parking study is to better understand parking availability, utilization, and turnover of parking in order to identify approaches to managing and/or expanding downtown parking, as needed. – The study will be used to make informed decisions regarding the need for creating additional parking and/or the strategic management of existing parking.– Build the parking evaluation upon the provided parking inventory spreadsheet with consultant–recommended modifications.– Collect parking occupancy and length of stay data using license plate readers during typical weekday and weekend conditions.– Review provided information regarding anticipated future development within the study areas.– Project future parking demand of anticipated development based upon established methodologies.– Prioritize parking management strategies over new construction unless existing parking within a comfortable walking distance of destinations is insufficient.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on December 3, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 10, 2026.
