The Jackson County Intermediate School District (JCISD) on behalf of Litchfield Community Schools is accepting proposals for the specified equipment, along with any necessary licensing or components needed for the equipment to properly function. In the event that a necessary component or licensing is not specifically called out in this document, the bidder is requested to include it. If proposing the requested Cisco hardware then the bidder shall include alternate pricing for 5 and 7 year terms for Cisco DNA Essentials licensing. If proposing alternate equipment then please include appropriate terms for any equivalent licensing. The vendor is requested to provide the hardware indicated in the proposal RFP or equivalent. RFQ Technical Questions Deadline: October 20, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Proposal Due Date: November 2, 2026 at 2 p.m. All Vendors must have an E-rate SPIN designation, please include the SPIN# in your response.
