Halcyon Products PassFire Burn Pans or Equivalent in New, not Used or Refurbished Condition

Contractor shall provide the County of Orange, Sheriff-Coroner Department a one-time purchase of Halcyon Products PassFire Burn Pans or Equivalent in New, not Used or Refurbished Condition. For contractors not headquartered in California, contractors are required to provide with their bid response the California 587 or 590 form based on their business model. All tax forms are to be signed with an ink pen. Prospective contractors prior to award shall be sully registered in www.SAM.gov Federal Award Management System. Prospective contractors shall submit with their bid a minimum of three (3) references of customers who have purchase this or equivalent items requested in this solicitation. As part of the vetting process references shall be contacted to measure contractor's ability to meet the requirements to provide PassFire Burn Pans.
