(1) Vendor needs to provide broadcast system and audio video infrastructure supplies to the government authority located in Maryland.– Design and build of a new broadcast system and audio/video infrastructure.– Background in production with a focus on both live broadcast and post–produced/edited productions.– This broadcast system and audio/video infrastructure needs to incorporate the latest audio/video technology while continuing to provide a user–friendly environment to allow the video staff to focus on the production elements rather than the technical aspect of the equipment to be installed.– Three channel HD Character Generator (CG) that can create/accept animated graphics.– The system must consolidate the control of the production switcher and the “Live” graphics system onto a single and intuitive touch screen surface.– The system must also include an LCD multiviewer display.– The system will have remote capabilities via a web interface to equipment (On–air signal, PA systems, Video Displays, Lights, Shades, Video Input Control) in each hearing room and the ability to have a “return” audio/video feed back to each hearing room.(2) A non–mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
