(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering sciences building lab services to the government authority located in Morgantown, WV. – Renovations to the existing HVAC system will be required to provide adequate cooling for the new microscope being installed by engineering sciences.– Demolition and rework of existing duct work shall be completed, so that a new cassette style ductless split system unit and condenser may be installed.– Electrical and exhaust rework to accommodate the new cassette style unit being installed shall be completed while also providing a four–inch (4”) concrete condensing pad located in the planter area of 1st floor.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 25, 2026.
