Vendor needs to provide youth resources specialist program services to the government authority located in Alamogordo, NM.• Administer JIFF and JIFF caregiver assessments for each referred youth/family.• Provide case management, referral coordination, and advocacy consistent with the reclaiming futures model.• Develop individualized discharge plans and provide follow–up support after case closure.• Submit monthly programmatic reports and itemized invoices to the continuum coordinator.• Notify the continuum coordinator promptly of any incident, staffing change, or service disruption.
