(1) Vendor needs to provide documentation management and workflow solution.– Solution shall have user–friendly interface, accessible over the internet.– Solution shall require minimal training with available training resources including onsite, web based, and built–in application help functions.– Solution shall include role–based access controls, including read/write capabilities.– Document filing system:– Solution shall include categorized sleeves (e.g, asset classes, types of documents, etc.) for document organization.– Solution shall include advanced search and filtering options.– Search functionality:– Solution shall provide efficient, quick, and accurate search results using keywords, tags, or metadata.– Solution shall include a “geography function“ that allows for a search within a defined radius to identify investment managers in the area to schedule a meeting with.– Digitization of physical documents:– Solution shall either include or have the ability to partner with, a service that digitizes large amounts of physical documents for the purpose of digitizing documents currently held in archive and on premises.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
