(1) Vendor needs to provide burial, cremation and mortuary services to the government authority located in Paterson, NJ.• Possesses extensive background, knowledge, and experience in burial and cremation services• A record of successful performance providing burial and cremation services• Personnel possesses professionalism required of burial and cremation services• Requirements– Removal of Bodya. Service shall be available on a seven (7) day, 24 hour per day basis. Overtime and holiday premiums will not be allowed. – Calls to the answering service must be returned within one hour. Deceased must be removed from the site within one to two working days of notification.b. Bidder must list make, model and year of transport vehicle to be used and must show availability of at least One at all times.• Personnel shall be neatly clad and shall comport themselves at all times in such fashion, and evidence in appearance and decorum, the proper dignity and professionalism required of this burial service.– Required service shall include the following:• Transportation• Minimum standard twenty (20) gauge metal casket• Direct burial• Cremation(2) The contract period will be for one year.
