(1) Vendor needs to provide background check services to ensure that the College hires qualified employees to the government authority located in Blackwood, NJ.– Criminal Risko Up to 3 County Criminal Court Record(s) (7 years)o Federal District Criminal Court Record Searcho Nationwide Database of Criminal History including Sex Offender (at least 7 years)o Sex Offender Registry Search (Multi–State)o International Criminal Searcho 50–state name–based criminal history record check– Credit Worthinesso Credit reports may be requested only for positions where such checks are job–related and consistent with business necessity, in accordance with applicable law. (2) All question must be submitted no later than June 16, 2026.
