340B Third Party Administrator and Related Services

OHSU is conducting a selection process of proposals to provide enterprise 340B third-party administration solution and associated services. OHSU seeks a partner that can support accurate, auditable, and scalable 340B operations across a complex academic health system while reducing compliance risk, improving operational efficiency, and providing transparent financial and program performance reporting. The selected platform must accommodate multiple covered-entity and child-site configurations, diverse medication-use settings, high-cost specialty and infused therapies, and a significant volume of 340B-eligible purchasing.
