Deferred Compensation Consultant

Washington County, Oregon is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide deferred compensation consulting to help oversee the compliance and fiduciary duties related to the County’s voluntary 457(b) and 401(a) plans. The successful proposer must acknowledge in writing they have a fiduciary obligation as an investment advisor to the 457(b) and 401(a) plans while providing the consulting services to the County. Firm must be Registered Investment Advisors.
