(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial real estate brokerage services to the government authority located in Provo, UT.– Purchasing, selling, and leasing real property, identifying potential properties for acquisition or lease, evaluating market conditions and assessing the value and marketability of district–owned property.– Advise on transaction strategy, market timing, property positioning, acquisition or disposition alternatives, and potential risks.– Provide current market intelligence regarding county commercial land, office, industrial, warehouse, institutional, and other property types relevant to district needs.– Screen potential sites and prepare comparison summaries addressing price, location, access, acreage or building size, zoning, utilities, environmental or physical constraints, and other relevant factors.– Recommend a marketing and disposition strategy consistent with District direction and applicable public–entity requirements.– Assess the value, highest and best use, marketability, likely buyer or tenant pool, and estimated marketing period for district–owned property.– Provide tenant representation for property the district may lease, including market searches, tours, rent and operating expense comparisons, and negotiations.– Develop and maintain transaction schedules, responsibility lists, and status reports.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 22,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
