EXTRA-75333 - USA (Washington, DC) - Global Forced Labor Import Prohibition Initiative Services - Deadline September 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide global forced labor import prohibition initiative services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – The agency increases job and wage growth by combatting foreign labor abuses and unfair trade practices in global supply chains that undermine prosperity and security.– The administration’s trade and labor policies by countering overseas labor practices that impede fair competition, including through the robust enforcement of labor provisions in trade agreements.– Guide trade partner countries to develop and enforce robust legal, regulatory, and policy frameworks that align with international labor standards and trade compliance obligations; – Build institutional capacity within customs, trade, and labor enforcement agencies to identify, monitor, and restrict the entry of forced labor–produced goods at ports of entry; – Ensure trade communities, businesses, and the broader public are informed, prepared, and engaged in efforts to eliminate forced labor from the global trading system; and – Create durable mechanisms for accountability and transparency in supply chains that can be replicated in other countries. (2) The contract period will be for three years.
