(1) Vendor needs to provide point–of–sale system. – Provision of supply, installation, configuration and maintenance OF Point–of–Sale (POS) System.– System should enhance customer experience, support real–time inventory management, and integrate seamlessly with existing financial systems.– A fully functional POS solution.– System configuration and implementation.– Integration with university finance and ERP platforms.– Customer service support.– Data backup, data privacy and security features compliant with institutional policies.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
