TELCOM-2993 - USA (Jackson, Michigan) - PA and Bell System, Installation and Configuration Service - Deadline September 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide to the government authority located in Jackson, MI.• Ability to activate 2–way intercom via button in each classroom area to office.• The intercom push button must be contained within a single–gang electrical box.• The vendor will be responsible for rough in and pathway.• Faceplate shall be stainless steel• Ability to program multiple bell schedules• A backup Microphone to be located in the main office. External Music must be able to be connected from the main office location• Verify that each speaker is working and volume levels are appropriate after the system is installed.• Ability to play wav or mp3 files to the system• Network connections shall be terminated on both ends.• Vendor is responsible for providing speakers in all locations• All speakers, raceways, mounts, pipes, backer boxes, faceplates, etc are the responsibility of the vendor to provide and install• Cabling– The Vendor shall be responsible for all necessary structured cabling.– All cable shall be Cat6a or better.– Any cabling contained within the drop ceiling shall be plenum rated.– Short 6a patch cables of the appropriate color shall be provided to plug into each end, if necessary.– Any network cables shall be terminated on a patch panel consisting of the appropriately colored keystones.– All cable shall have a typed label wrapped on each end of the cable in the format of – – .(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 3, 2026.
